Darn, the Mechanical Poet and Hail Spirit Noir videos wouldn't load. Shaolin Death Squad was decent and the same goes for Virus. I'm listening to some other Mechanical Poet stuff I found and I like it.
Well, I listen to Cssaba, Forgotten Souls, Severnaja and the spectacular Aberrant Vascular, so gothic and industrial influences are fine with me. I'll try out the other stuff first though.
I wish there were more uptempo prog groups what used piano and violin or cello intensively. Age of Silence, DSO, Ne Obliviscaris and Unexpect are all awesome, but I wouldn't mind seeing some people following in their wake.
I've already checked out OLD, Arcturus, Kayo Dot, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum and Septicflesh, SGM would probably be my favorite although that's only really in principle since they're too mild most of the time. I might try Candiria.
D'you go for any Hieronymus Bosch? People liked Artificial Emotions but I think their other stuff is just as good, I liked Equivoke in particular. I also look forward to any new stuff from Gravity Rain.
Just finished Psycho-Pass season 1, it was pretty good. Animation and visuals were nice, villain was good, plot was solid and the main character is a very sensible and likeable young lady. I'm definitely interested in seeing season 2.
There's a white guy in my African Insurgency class whose name is Christian but announced to the professor and class at large that he 'prefers to go by 'Natongo'.' I'd always heard about these guys in jokes, I'd never thought I'd actually meet one...
