Their two oldest albums, 'Rock The Rebel/Metal The Devil' and 'The Strength/The Sound/The Songs' have some good material, and their latest album 'Outlaw Gentlemen and Shady Ladies' is my favorite. Do not bother with the others unless you're looking for good stuff here and there, it's awful. As a matter of fact, their mid-period stuff sounds an awful lot like Nickelback. Stick to the beginning material, back when they at least had a clue what they were doing, and the latest album where they suddenly decided to be a little more creative.
