Well, to provide a serious response: I love 'Undeceived' by Extol, which seems to have been a once-off symphonic/progressive black metal album that was absolutely superb. 'Shin-Ken' by Persefone might also fall into this category, it was their regular sound interlaced with some magnificent East Asian musical touches and (like Undeceived, actually) is my favorite album from them. The same goes for the oddly jazzy and spacey 'Imaginary Soniscape' by Sigh, and the similarly jazz-influenced 'Equivoke' by the late Russian tech-death masters Hieronymus Bosch.
