i  agree. i wasn't all that impressed with their new album, either. i didn't think it was terrible, but it was definitely not great

although i consider megadeth is the most talented band in the big 4, i like metallica better. i prefer the song structure of pre "load" metallica. much more riff oriented which is the way thrash should be in my opinion. too much shred abuse in megadeth
