  1. 'I Walked on the Moon' by Brian Regan.
  2. Katatonia in the light, cold rain and wind...really good use of this weather.
  3. Maybe this will lighten the mood.
  4. Same here, makes it look very European. I like it, but it is really annoying to have all the rain.
  5. ...when she is in fact one midget with many costumes. Laid-back, easygoing, much like myself.
  6. Aww, how nice! You're all being anal-retentive for me.
  7. I dunno, I'm equally amazed at what some people are willing to call brilliant. Anything by Stratovarius, for example... 'Order of the Red Nose' by 6:33 and Arno Strobl.
  8. Deadly Scenes album by 6:33. Great funky avant-garde French stuff in the vein of DSO, Troldhaugen, Carnival in Coal, etc. and a helping of Devin Townsend.
  9. The Eidos album by Kingcrow. I wondered how I'd take this given it's more prog and less metal, but I'm enjoying it so far.
  10. Probably was. There was loads of cloud cover and in any case light pollution's up the ass in DC. I just got to see a pretty pedestrian moon.
  11. I knew a guy at my church when I was in high school who liked Nickelback, Fast and the Furious and Twilight.
  12. Katatonia shirt arrived, still waiting for the one from Moron Police.
  13. Oh look, Mindy's here. I'm saved.
  14. Strewth! Bogan! Vegemite! Drop bears! Arvo! Captain Cook!
  15. The 'cats' in FA's house are in fact contracted shapeshifting bodyguards from Mauritius who carry a hammerless snub, a TASER and the works of Daniel Dennet at all times.
  16. FA likes Khanate. Now this is an important one because, you see, he will deny it. This betrays the depth of the lie, for it is in fact a lie he tells himself. Nobody* likes Khanate. * Except for Golden Horde Mongols - when the question was explained answers were unanimously negative. see Pew Global Research Center, Survey of Attitudes Towards Khanate, 1066-2013, self-published, 2015. Web.
  17. FA believes that because there's no such thing as right or wrong, we have a moral imperative to tolerate each other.

  19. I'll have to take a look at some of those, there are a number of names I don't recognize.
  20. Welcome. I love good prog/power but it's really hard to find. Recently, DGM's latest release was really good, though, as was the self-titled Ghost Ship Octavius release and the second Teramaze album.
  21. Actually had Sulphur Aeon playing in the back of my head during class today, inspired me to do rough sketches of monster sorta creatures. Usually I don't do animals, but I decided to give it a shot* and it turned out all right. Oh, and I learned about NATO, or something. *No, not like that.
  22. Thanks! - although I should point out It's Iceni and FatherAlabaster, respectively. We have a title system based on posts; since in terms of posts 5000<FatherAlabaster<10000 he has the title of Grandmaster. Over 10,000 posts and you choose your title name. I named myself after an Abyssinian military title denoting the commander of the right wing of a massed military formation.
