Yeh Shipman was horrendous.. I think one of the reasons he got caught was he re-typed some wills and one of the keys of the typewriter was off as in it typed the key higher up than the rest of the letters..unless I'm thinking of a different case I'll have a read about it. 
There has been a four parter on for last few weeks about Rachel Nickell murder. Terrible case. They used a cop as a honey trap to try and convict Colin Stagg. He did a year but it wasn't him. Last one was Friday night gone but I missed it. They eventually got the guy. That's one of the worst cases I've ever heard about. Poor girl. Worse that her kid was there and witnessed it all too. Bless him.

What really annoys me is that it's all the good tasting food that is not good for us. That just seems so unfair to me. If they made lettuce taste like donuts salad would obviously taste different and we might look a little odd chowing down on a head of lettuce at our work desk, but we'd at least be eating healthy!
If apples tasted like chocolate parents wouldn't spend their days asking if Little Johnny had eaten his fruit, they'd know he ate three of them!
But lets not stop there, lets make food interchangeable with taste so that if you want an apple you have an apple, but if you want a slab of chocolate you have two apples.
 
Edit: I agree on the carbs thing too. I should watch my intake of carbs more than I do, but I'm not sure if too many make me tired because I barely sleep these days as a result of too many years of shift work and bad sleeping habits.

glad you like the choccy bars natassja. your right about keeping in check. ive got weakness for lovehearts candy/sweets. its odd i know  😂 i keep in check to avoid  getting type 2 diabetes. 
also have you tried lindt extra creamy milk chocolate. thats a favourite of mine😋 👍

natassja have you seen the jeffrey dahmer interview, no thought for his victims.at least he says hes the only one to blame.what a warped mind he had.     ted bundy trial is quite something, i will need to watch more of that.

Ferday, Scourge, and believe it or not Goldie turned me on to a lot of good stuff that I probably wouldn't have found on my own. One thing I always appreciated about the good old days on M-Fi was the diversity of music represented. The heated opinions/discussions maybe not so much, but I did appreciate how passionate everyone was about the music they liked.
