Worry kind of taking its toll recently, don't wanna go out, lost weight, Dad is having his op end of September beginning of October. I'm ocd anyway but don't wanna go leave my parents. I was supposed to go camping with some friends but can't do it in case my dad gets sick and I'm not there. Feel guilty about it. Can't see clearly recently. Alcohol tonight.. slightly chilled but still underlying anxiety that I can't shift.

Cool. Yeh there are a few around here, mostly small, featuring local artists. There are a lot of craft shops too which often show art. I used to travel a lot and enjoyed visiting the larger exhibitions in the cities which were always so interesting, could spend hours..
