I see. I think it might have the same connotation in the Netherlands, but you'll almost never hear it being used with that meaning in Belgium though

'All The Pieces' by In The Silence. Enjoyable melodic stuff with prog stuff here and there. More material for Yobo but I have to say I'm liking this quite a lot better than Novembre.

I've heard people say it's an easy language to learn if you speak English and it'd be really cool if I knew it, but I'd rather give that a go after I become fluent in French.

Je voudrais travailler en Afrique avec le Foreign Service des Etats-Unis, (sur les politiques Africains). Et je sais deja l'Anglais et l'autre langue plus commun dans la region est le Francais, donc je l'ai choisi.

Quite the opposite: even though it's my mother tongue, there are aspects which I still find difficult to master

The Ghost I Used to Be - Pallbearer Checkin' out dat new track. It's not bad or anything, but it does further confirm that doom isn't particularly my thing.

I played with those guys around the time their album came out, they had a really heavy live sound. Maybe you just need to try some different styles, doom can be difficult to break into, and is varied enough that often its fans won't like all sides of it. Who have you checked out thus far?
